Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Choir Loft

We need to increase the number of cantors at OLBS; therefore, a meeting will be held on Saturday, Feb. 25th, at 11AM in the choir loft. Everyone who is actively available to cantor, or wishes to be trained to be a cantor, are asked to attend. The goals of the meeting are:

1. to know who is presently interested in participating as a cantor
2. to know each individual’s availability
3. to update the email chain of candidates

In addition, in the near future, a ‘Cantor Workshop’ will be offered which will include one-on-one vocal instruction and techniques that will prepare singers for cantor leadership, and to improve vocal skills.
